We are incredibly excited that our films have travelled to the Netherlands for the very first time! And even more exhilarated that, not one, not two, but THREE of our films are officially selected for the AI Video Awards ( ) during Dutch AI Week powered by ACT NOW in collaboration with Kinepolis Nederland!

It is a true honour to receive triple selections in the Video Awards. We are deeply grateful that our work has reached Dutch audiences and resonated with viewers around the world. Hiring SG photographers, with 3-5 yrs professional experience, for 3-yr freelance contract.

Photo services needed:
1. Corporate EVENTS/visits/engagement sessions — 70h of event photography per year, 2026-2028 (total 210h)
2. STUDIO photography — 20h of studio photography per year, in 2026 & 2028 (total 40h)
3. STOCK photography — 20h of stock photography in 2027
Note: Minimum booking per assignment is 1h. You must arrive 30m early for briefing/venue walkthrough. For large-scale events, separate site recce/meeting may be required.

Scope of Work:
1. EVENTS — Highlights, branding, interactions, VIPs
2. STOCK — Lifestyle photos of employees at work, generic on-location scenes, and iconic facility shots (indoor/outdoor, day/night)
3. STUDIO — Portraits of senior management (full body, half body, headshots), posed photography at company location or studio

Deliverables:
1. Digitally edited eg color-corrected/touched-up images that are sharp and in-focus, reflecting the subject in good light and natural framing/poses, accurately capture brief
2. Minimum 50 hi-res (300dpi) photos per event within 3 calendar days after shoot
3. For events, you may be required to submit at least 10 web-optimized photos (1MP) within same working day for social media
4. Clearly label photos using provided naming convention and upload to our centralized cloud server

Pls send portfolio & email summary of certifications, skills, years of experience, client list & projects in past 3-5 yrs. Focus your submission on types of works in “Scope of Work”. Photos that capture moments conveying events’ message, good angles eg expressions of GOHs, artistic qualities eg depth of field/leading lines, are a plus. Track records with corporate engagements, company events, maritime communities, emergency exercises, ceremonies, and government entities, are 💯.

Cost shall include all expenses for recce/meetings, set-up, photography, editing, transport, equipment eg lighting etc. All IP will be assigned to .productions. Pls quote factoring all above to [email protected] with the subject “2026-2028 Corporate Photography - [select: event/studio/stock]”

🎬 Our film “Runway Beyond Limits” has been officially selected for the inaugural Ardea Film Festival 2025 July 17-19 and will be screening this week at the Giacomo Manzù Museum in Ardea, Rome, Italy! 🇮🇹

We are deeply grateful to The Ardea Film Festival Team for recognizing our work and truly honored that our film is part of a festival dedicated to dialogue, inclusion, and cultural innovation through the power of cinema.

A heartfelt thank you to all who made this possible — Lizzie Quinn, Ng Sok Eng, Frankie Lim, Shi Han, and in memory of Rina Ong who passed just before audio post was completed. Every frame bears the imprint of the hearts that shaped it.
