I am Josephine, a full time working mum with 4 beautiful kids staying in Singapore. Like many working mums, we multitask between family and career. We wear multiple hats at different point of time, as a wife, a daughter, a mom and an employee. Being a working mom with 4 children all at different growing stage and the youngest child being still a toddler. I would spend more of my time watching over

her and still have to manage household chores. Often, I feel exhausted and that I could not split my time equally among these tasks. And hardly can I have time for myself. I started to look for different platform of online business that is flexible and sustainable for a busy working mom like myself. After searching and trying a few, I finally chance upon the right business model that I have been looking for. Today I am running a digital business that allows me to plan and work around mommy’s time and kids’ schedule. Not only that, it changed my life by providing the flexibility that I wanted and I truly enjoy the journey. There is no nearest way to success. Who else finds themselves working longer hours than usual? Tasks get completed, but often at the cost of family time. Still, I’m not upset about this temporary phase — I know with the right planning and adjustments, things will eventually fall into place and move better ahead.

I also know this won’t stay the same always, because I’ve planned a different choice for myself — building another source of safety net for the future. You never know if your hard work today could be replaced anytime. I’ve been through this before, and I totally understand how challenging it is.

Don’t wait to plan only when things happen. Start it early, start it now, and give yourself the security you deserve.

Weekend hustle mode ON! 🧺✨
Weekends are always packed with endless house chores, and sometimes I wish I could split myself into two. Since that’s not possible, the next best thing is extra help! While my mini robot vacuum takes care of the floors, I get to focus on my laundry. Multitasking made easy. ✅

This little helper actually reminds me of why I started my digital business. Just like the robot works in the background, my business runs on an automated system—even when I’m not fully present. That means more time for what truly matters: family, rest, or simply enjoying life. 💡

Tried something new today—baby crayfish! 🦞 My kids had their very first bite and the excitement on their faces was priceless. They couldn’t stop enjoying it!

Funny how it works the same way in life… until you dare to try, you’ll never know if you’ll love it. 💡 Options are always there, but it takes courage to say YES and explore.

A thought that reminded me today: It’s not about what you can do, it’s about what you truly want to do.

So often we tell ourselves “I can do it” — but ability isn’t the real challenge. The real question is: do you want it badly enough to commit, to stay consistent, and to push past the excuses?

Because when the desire is strong, you’ll find the way. When it’s only about ability, you’ll find the reasons not to.

I know my want very clearly. Today, if I can do something to be better, I will put in my best effort to achieve it. In reality, things don’t come easy. Think about it — if everything were easy, why would people still work so hard for their dreams?

Finally wrapped up work earlier today 🙌

After being so tied up lately, it feels good to slow down a little. Took the kids out for dinner at their favorite pasta spot followed by a mini shopping spree. Since it’s the school holidays, why not make it a little out of the norm?

And speaking of doing something different—are you ready to step out of the usual too? I often hear people say, “I’m too old to change.” But the truth is… why not? Change doesn’t come with an age limit—it starts with the heart that’s willing.

Nothing stays the same forever, and neither should your mindset. Just like upgrading to a new phone or laptop to improve your life, you can also choose to upgrade yourself—for a better and more secure future.
