We are super proud and excited to share this amazing news! Our founder, Edmund Wee, has been named a finalist for The Straits Times Singaporean of the Year! 🇸🇬🏆

This recognition celebrates his tireless commitment to championing Sing Lit. Edmund’s focus has always been on the mission first, leading him to secure a landmark compact with regional publishers that will take Sing Lit to five major South-east Asian markets.

As Edmund puts it: “What if we didn’t think about money first?”

That visionary spirit is why he also restructured Epigram as a Foundation. Join us in congratulating him on this incredible achievement! Read the full article here: https://www.straitstimes.com/singapore/singaporean-of-the-year-finalist-edmund-wee-bets-his-personal-wealth-on-championing-sing-lit

What a beautiful morning it was at the book launch of 𝘍𝘪𝘯𝘥𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘊𝘩𝘰𝘱𝘪𝘯 on the last weekend of October!

EBFP 2025 finalist Rachel Tey celebrated her debut novel with an engaging conversation moderated by Pamela Ho, a moving musical performance by Natalie Ng and an enlightening Q&A followed by a lively book signing.

A special highlight of the day—a reading of the novel accompanied by Chopin’s music—filled the venue with nostalgia and tenderness, perfectly capturing the book’s themes of memory, healing and connection through music.

Missed the launch? Join us for The Plot Thickens: November with Rachel Tey, Memory in a Minor Key:

📅 Friday, 28 November 2025, 7–9 PM
📍 Epigram Books Office, 1008 Toa Payoh North #03-08

This session goes beyond the story itself, moderated by Gwee Li Sui, it will take you behind the scenes of Rachel’s creative process and exploring how stories mirror lived experiences, memory and identity.

Free entry with registration, bring a friend (or two) for the stories and stay for the drinks!
