Thank you Dr. Jane Goodall for being a living inspiration to me and countless number of people around the world! I am truly honored to have met you personally in Singapore on an article interview for Gaia Discovery, which I've written and shared here.
Dr. Jane Goodall, founder of the Jane Goodall Institute and UN Messenger of Peace, was a remarkable example of courage and conviction, working tirelessly throughout her life to raise awareness about threats to wildlife, promote conservation, and inspire a more harmonious, sustainable relationship between people, animals and the natural world. I hear that she passed away in her sleep on 1 Oct, aged 91.
She has sown seeds of conservation in many of us, which will continue to grow in her legacy. RIP Dr Goodall.
