2025.05.01 学界活动中心软启 Youth Section Activity Centre Soft Launch

在大家的期盼与努力下，学界活动中心终于迈出了重要的一步：软启动！🎉

活动伊始，大家动动脑筋，参与了一场轻松有趣的学界冷知识问答！这不仅考验了大家的记忆，也唤起了每位学长姐们对学界成长旅程的共同回忆。💭
接着，点传师们随后上前为大家慈悲勉励，鼓励大家与送上对学界的祝福。最后，在一阵阵充满能量的 “YUM SENG” 欢呼声中，大家一同为学界干杯！🥂 活动以丰盛的自助餐作结。大家在轻松愉快的氛围中边吃边聊，为这场活动画下圆满的句点。

感谢天恩师德，感谢每一位曾为学界付出过的你。因为有你们，这个空间才得以诞生。❤️ 愿这个活动中心，不只是一个空间，而是未来更多故事和成长的起点！🌟

With great excitement and anticipation, the Youth Section Activity Centre officially opened its doors with a special soft launch event! 🎉

The event kicked off with a fun and light-hearted round of Youth Section trivia, where everyone got to put their memory to the test! It wasn’t just a game — it brought back shared memories of the Youth Section’s journey and growth, especially for those who have been part of it over the years. 💭

Next, our Tao Initiators took the stage to share words of encouragement and heartfelt blessings for the Youth Section. Ending on a high note, the space rang with loud and energetic “YUM SENG” cheers as everyone raised their glasses in celebration! 🥂 The evening closed with a hearty buffet, where everyone enjoyed the scrumptious food and great company, wrapping up the night on a warm and joyful note.

Thanks to the grace of Heaven and the Virtues of our Masters, and great appreciation to every single one of you who has contributed to the Youth Section along the way. ❤️ Because of you, this space could come to life. This activity centre is more than just a physical space, it is the beginning of something greater — a place for stories yet to unfold, and memories yet to be made. 🌟

2025.03.18 高中部英语讲座 Secondary and Junior Colleges Group English Workshop

三月的学校假期期间，高中部邀请了教育部注册的黄老师为我们的学生们举办了英语讲座！

在黄老师丰富的经验下，学生们接触到了各种编辑和理解问答的题目，以及在考试中有效答题的技巧。在讲座结束前，黄老师为学生们安排了一项模拟来检验学生们新学到的知识。 💡

祝福学生们的学业突飞猛进，在考试中都能够取得卓越的成绩！加油，加油，加油！📖💪

Over the March school holidays, the Secondary and Junior Colleges (SEC/JC) Group invited Mr Derek Wee, a registered MOE educator, to conduct an English workshop for our students!

With Mr Derek’s vast experience coaching students to excel in the English language, our students were exposed to a variety of editing and comprehension questions, along with answering techniques to tackle them effectively in the examinations. The workshop wrapped up with a practice exercise, putting our students’ newfound knowledge to the test. 💡

We wish all our students continued success and excellence in their English exams to come! 📖💪

2025.03.15 迷你簇绒工作坊 Mini Tufting Workshop

学界首次举办的迷你簇绒工作坊，吸引了众多学生们的踊跃报名！学生们从 12 张精美图案中挑选出心仪设计后，便准备就绪，迫不及待动手开工。🪡

从一开始满头问号，到最终栩栩如生的独角兽和山水图，每位学生都掌握了技巧，超越了自己，成果令人惊艳！下一次，我们又将挑战什么新花样呢？敬请期待！👀

The Youth Section held its first-ever mini tufting workshop which attracted a large number of enthusiastic students! After selecting their favourite from 12 stunning designs, our students were ready and eager to showcase their skills. 🪡

From being completely puzzled at the beginning to eventually creating vivid unicorns and dreamy landscapes, our students mastered the techniques and surpassed their own expectations. What’s the next challenge on our list? Stay tuned as we are just getting started! 👀

A heart-warming day of new beginnings and meaningful goodbyes with the POLITE family! ✨ We kicked things off with laughter and energy through a series of bonding games because nothing beats a bit of friendly chaos to break the ice! 🧊 Our freshies were warmly welcomed with open arms and snacks lovingly prepared by our thoughtful seniors. 🍕

As the fun carried on, we celebrated our graduating champs with meaningful farewell tokens, and surprised our new freshies with sweet welcome gifts! 🎁

2025.02.08 高中部送旧聚会 Secondary and Junior College Group Graduates’ Farewell Gathering

在这个特别的日子里，学界高中部齐聚一堂，共同庆祝毕业生们的成长与成就！💫 K歌环节中热闹开启，同学们随着旋律热情互动🎤，而学长姐们则忙着最后的准备工作。大专部的学长姐们也特地前来出席，共襄盛举！🎶

一切准备就绪后，我们邀请每位毕业生上前来，由高中部的学长姐们亲手送上毕业纪念礼。回顾一路走来的点滴，那些共同学习、欢笑和成长的日子浮现眼前，令人感慨万分。这些珍贵的时光将永远留存在大家的心中。❤️

On this special day, the Secondary and Junior College (SECJC) group came together to celebrate the achievements of our graduating students! 💫 The event started on a lively note with an impromptu sing-along session 🎤, where students bonded over songs while our seniors busied themselves with the final preparations. The senior students from the Polytechnic & ITE group also joined us for this celebration! 🎶

With everything set, each graduate was invited to the front to receive a farewell token from our SECJC seniors. It was a bittersweet moment as we reminisced about the unforgettable memories shared in the SECJC family. From late-night study sessions to endless laughter, these moments will always be remembered. ❤️

To wrap up the evening, we surprised three of our graduates with a birthday celebration 🎂, followed by a delicious feast! 🍽️ As our SECJC graduates step into the next chapter of their journey, we wish all of them nothing but success, growth, and happiness ahead. You’ve got this! 💪🚀

2025.02.04 大学部新春蛇年人日派对 University Group Chinese New Year Ho-Sey Party

不同于往年，今年大学部在人日团聚咯！🎉 夜晚降临，大学部的学生们陆续抵达。学张姐们为了这次的派对精心准备了丰盛的晚餐，连盆菜都端上桌了！😋 大家一边享用美食，一边玩桌上足球、畅聊近况，甚至即兴高歌一曲！🎤

初七人日当然少不了捞鱼生！在倒入食材的同时，大家纷纷送上美好祝愿，而最响亮的，还是那句 “收到!” 🫢 在笑声欢愉的气氛中，我们共度了一个温馨难忘的人日，留下珍贵的美好回忆！🫶🏼

Unlike previous years, the University Group gathered for a special celebration this Renri, the 7th day of the Lunar New Year! 🎉 As night fell, the students arrived with much anticipation, ready for an evening of celebrations. Our seniors also put great effort into preparing a scrumptious meal, including the classic and sumptuous “Poon Choi”! 😋 While indulging in the feast, some of us played foosball, catching up with friends, and even singing our hearts out! 🎤

The Renri would not be complete without Lo-hei! As the ingredients were added one by one and blessings filled the air, the loudest of all was still when everyone shouted “Received!” 🫢 Amidst the laughter and lively atmosphere, we ended the gathering with another memory in the bank, one that we will remember for a long time! 🫶🏼

2025.01.18 学界干部联谊 Youth Section Interschool Cohesion

今年的学界干部联谊别具一格！🎉 随着新年的到来，学界各学部齐聚一堂，展开了一场意义非凡的干部联谊！

活动伊始，我们先来了一场破冰游戏环节，让大家按照兄弟姐妹的数量分组。紧接着，挑战升级！大家需要在不出声的情况下按照生日顺序排成一列。📅 结果发现，原来出生在最后三个月的学生寥寥无几，真是个有趣的发现！

联谊的重头戏就是看电影环节了！🎬🍿 但这可不是普通的电影，而是一部引人深思的佳作。观赏完 《相约星期二》 后，各学部分组展开讨论，分享观后感与心得。“当我们学会如何面对死亡，才能真正学会如何生活。” 这句话是真的吗？生命充满未知，唯有真正理解无常，才能更加珍惜当下，活出真正有意义的人生。🌟

带着满满的正能量，大家纷纷立下目标与志向，重发心愿！让我们共同前行，在2025年重新出发，一起创造美好的未来！💪✨

This year’s Youth Section Interschool Cohesion was truly one of a kind! 🎉 As we kicked off the new year, the 3 student groups of the Youth Section came together for a meaningful half-yearly cohesion!

We began with an icebreaker where we had to group ourselves based on the number of siblings we have. The challenge continued as we arranged ourselves in a line based on our birthdays in silence 📅 – only to realise that surprisingly few students were born in the last quarter of the year!

The highlight of the event was none other than Movie Time! 🎬🍿 But this was not just any ordinary film, it was one that sparked deep reflection. After watching Tuesdays with Morrie, we gathered in our respective school groups to discuss our thoughts and takeaways from the movie. Is it true that “When we know how to die, we know how to live”? Life is unpredictable, and only by recognising its uncertainties can we truly cherish every moment and live life to the fullest with purpose. 🌟

Filled with positivity and motivation, we left inspired to set new goals, fulfil our vows, and strive towards our aspirations. Let us all step forward on this journey with renewed determination and make the most of the rest of 2025 — together! 💪✨

2025.01.01学界研究班开班 Youth Section Curriculum Opening Class

新的一年，新的开始，学界研究班开班咯！🌟 学生们兴致勃勃来到了崇德佛院，准备在新的班次，开启一年的学习旅程。

首先，崇德班的班员为我们带唱了 2025 年班歌 《打勾勾》 🤩🎶，大家都沉浸在美妙的歌声里。随后，詹经理为我们慈悲 《开班意义》。📖 紧接着，我们介绍了各班带班讲师与辅导员，并分享了各学部的精彩活动。

学界的开班当然少不了游戏！🎯 首先登场的是热闹非凡的 “大火、猎人、地震“ 游戏！学生们迅速组成三人小组，在互动中认识彼此。🔥 紧接着，趣味十足的 “五分一毛” 挑战开始！🪙 乾道代表5分钱，坤道则代表一毛钱，大家需要根据喊出物品的价格组成相应的队伍。最后就是最激烈的 “毛毛虫” 接力赛！学生们奋力冲刺，队伍随着每轮前进逐渐变长，大家玩得不亦乐乎！🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️

在欢声笑语中，我们结束了 2025 年开班。期待在接下来的一年里，不仅增长知识，还能与同修们创造更多美好的回忆！✨

With the dawn of a new year, the Youth Section's Curriculum classes have officially kicked off! 🌟 With eager anticipation, the students arrived at the Chong De Cultural Building, ready to embark on their journey in their new class in the company of familiar faces!

Marking their debut as Chong De Class students, they took charge in leading the 2025 Curriculum class song "Pinkie Promises". 🤩🎶 Following that, Tao Initiator Chiam delivered the topic on The Significance of the Curriculum Classes. 📖 Subsequently, we introduced the lecturers and facilitators of each class and shared and provided insights on the activities planned for the upcoming year ahead.

No Youth Section’s event is complete without games! 🎯 The fun began with an energetic round of “Fire, Hunter, Earthquake”, where students quickly formed random groups of three and got to know one another better. 🔥 Up next was the engaging “5 Cents 10 Cents” game! 🪙 Male students were assigned a value of 5 cents and female students 10 cents, and everyone was challenged to form groups matching the value of the items called out. The excitement peaked with the competitive “Human Caterpillar” race, where each team sprinted across the hall while their caterpillar line grew longer with each round! 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️

With laughter echoing in the air, the class concluded on a high note. We look forward to a year of gaining new knowledge and creating cherished memories together! ✨
