Christmas blessings to you and your family...

Christmas can amplify feelings of loneliness and emotional invisibility. If you're pretending to be okay, know it's alright to feel the weight. Your emotions are valid, especially now. Sending love and support to those who need it this season.

Our Story

Intuitive Life Coach | Wellness Facilitator | Speaker

Hello! I am Shamala Tan. My clients call me the chiropractor for the soul because it is what I do best. I align my clients with their body, mind and soul. The end game – to live more purposeful lives.

I was focused on spiritual life coaching for the past few years, and now it is necessary to take the work towards a slightly different direction with a focus on supporting and nursing you through your emotional pain, trauma and crisis because many on the path of personal development and spiritual growth are now faced with an emotional mountain. Not able or afraid to face this emotional baggage that is holding them back on their path.

I have a deep love for psychology, all things spiritual and non-religious.
