She’s a bonafide artist. Truly talented.
The music. Elegant in its ex*****on. Songs that seem personal. But it brings you in to experience its glory .
Her playing. There’s an artistry to it that is different than most . And that makes her, a standout.
We are living among pure talent.
A special message from Churen Li for this exclusive.
“I’m so excited to see my compositions released on vinyl for the first time. There is something deeply special about seeing this music take physical form, and I love how the vinyl sound brings out new nuances and colours in my music.”
Widely regarded as one of Singapore’s leading pianists, she crafts recital and concerto programmes that bring classical works, contemporary music and her own compositions into a single, deeply human narrative.
A graduate of the Yale School of Music and the University of Cambridge, where she earned two Master’s degrees in music and philosophy, Churen is Artist Faculty at the Yong Siew Toh Conservatory of Music and Artist-in-Residence at Sunway University. She continues to develop projects that blur the lines between concert, collaboration and contemporary culture.
