MCL’s co-founder, Michelle Chang, was a judge at the 13th Edition of Cartoons Underground, Singapore’s premiere and largest animation film festival 😆🪄🎬

She was a judge alongside Yanyun Chen and Srinivas Bhakta, as they shared their thoughts on the films and announced the winners!
