A little pastry indulgence at The Fullerton Hotel Singapore ✨! The hotel has teamed up with two-time World’s Best Pastry Chef Bachour Coral Gables | Bakey, bringing his signature style of vibrant, beautifully crafted pâtisserie to The Courtyard.

From the savoury Foie Gras Crème Brûlée with Baharat Cotton Candy and Crème Fraîche Tart with Caviar to the more playful Exotic Choux Gateau, everything was as much a feast for the eyes as it was for the palate.

And if you’re more of a cake-and-coffee kind of person, don’t miss the Chocolate Berries Basket and Yuzu Matcha Lychee Cake.

Beyond the pastries, Bachour has also put his spin on The Courtyard’s savoury menu, with the Steak Sandwich, Mushroom Sandwich, Crab Salad and Peruvian-inspired Lomo Saltado.

And if the afternoon tea still doesn’t satisfy your pastry cravings, you can always pick up some of the exclusive collaboration’s cakes and viennoiserie to take home.

This Mid-Autumn Festival, from now to 27 September 2026, Paragon’s atrium is home to 50 one-of-a-kind rabbit sculptures, each uniquely designed and handcrafted by a different creator — from students of Raffles Design Institute and artists from Arts & Disability Singapore (ART:DIS), to guest contributors from Singapore’s public, business, philanthropic and design communities.

Fallen in love with one? 🐰 You can adopt your favourite rabbit for S$800 and bring it home from 1 October onwards.

All proceeds will support ART:DIS’ mission to empower persons with disabilities through the arts, with CapitaLand Hope Foundation matching every dollar raised.

The menu features three delicious pairings, each designed to bring out the best in both the pastry and coffee. L’Epicé pairs a Spicy Chocolate Coffee with a Coffee-Choco Exotic Croissant, bringing rich chocolate and coffee notes with a tropical touch of passion fruit and Sichuan pepper. Le Brûlé combines a Cappuccino Mousse Brûlée with a Crispy Honey Cream Croissant, highlighting delicate almond, honey and caramel notes.
