Revv Evolution: Motoring and Lifestyle - BYD’s Events wrap up! - By Revv Evolution
It was a busy couple of weeks for BYD as they hosted 2 events for the Media and invited guests. Heading the list was an event in celebration of Singapore's 60th year of independence, BYD Singapore and Sime Motors, through Vantage Automotive Limited (VAL), partnerered with the North East Community Development Council (NE CDC) to launch the BYD × NECDC SG60 Fundraising Campaign, with a target of $1,000,000.
The campaign will channel funds towards programmes that directly uplift less privileged families in the North East District. From 4 September 2025, S$1,000 will be donated to NE CDC programmes for every BYD vehicle sold by VAL and its authorised dealers. The same night also saw the launch of the 100kW BYD Sealion 7. The other event was a Media Appreciation Dinner by BYD at the Shangrila Singapore for over 200 Media and guests, it was an amazing evening of entertainment, food, drinks and prizes for all in attendance. Lamborghini Singapore proudly unveiled the highly anticipated Temerario, the all-new super sports car equipped with a twin-turbo V8 hybrid powertrain. As the latest addition to Lamborghini’s product lineup, the Temerario completes the brand’s fully hybridized range. It is the second model in the Lamborghini High Performance Electrified Vehicle (HPEV) range following the Revuelto, which was introduced in 2023, and builds on the success of the Urus SE, the brand’s first plug-in hybrid Super SUV.
The Temerario defines the pinnacle of its segment with its unrivaled performance.
