• 250g Unsalted butter, cubed and softened
• 2 Whole bulbs of garlic
• 5 Shallots, diced
• 2 tbsp Spring onions
• 1.5 tbsp Italian parsley
• 1 tsp Thyme
• 1.5 tbsp Rosemary
• Salt and pepper to season

𝘙𝘦𝘤𝘪𝘱𝘦 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘞𝘩𝘪𝘴𝘬𝘦𝘺 𝘔𝘢𝘱𝘭𝘦 & 𝘖𝘳𝘢𝘯𝘨𝘦 𝘔𝘢𝘳𝘮𝘢𝘭𝘢𝘥𝘦 𝘎𝘭𝘢𝘻𝘦 𝘵𝘰 𝘱𝘢𝘪𝘳 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘗𝘰𝘳𝘬 𝘓𝘰𝘪𝘯 𝘏𝘢𝘮:
• ½ cup Maple syrup
• ¼ cup Orange juice
• 110g Orange marmalade
• 60ml Whiskey
• 1 tbsp Brown sugar
• 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
• 1 tbsp Salted butter
• A pinch each of ground cinnamon, clove and nutmeg
• Salt and pepper to season
• Whole cloves, for inserting into ham

save this soft, fluffy pandan spiral mantou 💚

because makes some nostalgic and beautifully swirled steamed buns that were the perfect snacks during recess breaks and after school 📚🙇🏻‍♀️

to make 8 baos, you’ll need,
white dough:
140g hong kong flour
10g wheat starch
½ tsp instant yeast
35g sugar
75g milk, room temperature
10g vegetable oil

pandan dough:
140g hong kong flour
10g wheat starch
½ tsp instant yeast
35 g fine sugar
65g pandan milk (blend 75g milk + 15g pandan leaves, strain)
(optional) ¼ tsp pandan green essence and colouring
10g vegetable oil
