Pineapple in curry?? 🤔🍍

In direct translation to its Malay name (Udang Masak Lemak Nenas), we’re cooking our prawns in a rich coconut milk with pineapple, but without the spice!

All you need is a blender and a pot, and you’ve got a dish that’s sweet, savoury, creamy, which goes perfect with steamed white rice 🍚

💡 If you’re allergic to prawns, alternative proteins like squid, fish fillet or tofu puffs instead!
