In their 30s, Edward and Joel welcome us back into their 1,006 sq ft walk-up—a home that has quietly grown with them over the past three years. Reworked into a calm, character-filled one-bedroom, it reflects how they live today. Original oak floors and select cabinetry remain, layered with subtle mid-century touches.

Travel finds line the open shelves, alongside a photobook from their Botswana trip that still gets flipped through. The mango wood dining table was love at first sight and remains the heart of the home, while light, easy tones set the pace for everyday living.
