Book finishing: Flexi-bind with Grey Head & Tail Band

For this project, we explored the intersection of texture and precision with the client. Mull cloth met a flexi-bind finish, accented with grey head & tail bands—simple in concept, but achieving it was anything but.
Finding a large enough piece of mull cloth took some digging, and testing glues to get the perfect bond felt like a mini experiment each time. We chose flexi-bind to keep edges neat and fray-free, making sure every detail held up under close inspection.
It’s the little things that make print feel tactile and alive—seeing the final piece in hand reminds us why we love what we do. Every challenge became a detail we’re proud to have solved.
