Golden Sparkles is broadcasted on National Radio , TV.
Rules for participation in the XII Golden Sparkles European Music Festival -Varna, Bulgria
Song contest /25-27.10.2024/
The aim of the XII Golden Sparkles European Music Festival – Song contest is to present new compositions for children 6-15 years old, created within 1 year before the date of the competition. The songs may be realized and transmitted before their participation in the competition. The authors /composer, songwriter and arranger/ declare their consent to participate in the contest, signing a form contract with the organizers for the use of songs / but only as a part of the festival program.
At least one of the authors of the song should be a European citizen/with the agreement of the Organizing committee may be admitted participants from countires outside of Europe but they shouldn’t exceed 2 for one festival edition). The duration of the songs should not exceed 4 minutes. You have to send the following materials up to 5.10.2024 to the email: [email protected], [email protected]:
- Completed Application form
- Record of the songs – full & half playback (backing vocal allowed only as musical ornament, it must not duplicate the main part of the song)
- CV of the performer in English
- CV of the composer and songwriter in English and photo
- 3 different quality photos of the participant (portrait and full length), orientation of the other photos – landscape
- The lyrics of the song in English
The performers, admitted to the finals, must bring with them their half playbacks . The quality of the phonograms must be perfect. The performers must bring with them also the originals of the contract with the original signatures. Approved materials will not be returned.
All songs must be performed LIVE.
The organizer of the Golden Sparkles European Music Festival – Song contest reserves the right to broadcast the auditions on television and radio, the right to make audio and video recordings and to make them public.

1st – 2250 EUR
2nd- 1500 EUR
3rd 1200 EUR
Best Arrangement- 400 Euro
Special Jury awards
All children participant soloists receive diplomas and trophy
