Samar is a city with a deep history and strong cultural heritage, yet its identity was fragmented and outdated. The community needed more than just a logo — they needed a brand strategy that could unite people, celebrate heritage, and set a direction for future growth.

Superheroes.Marketing was invited to develop not just a visual identity, but a comprehensive branding system — a tool for communication, community engagement, and cultural storytelling.
