"We don't have a budget for marketing" - truth or self-deception? 🤔

We've heard this phrase dozens of times. From small businesses, startups, and even large companies during "cost optimization". Sounds convincing, right? But let's think about what it really means?

📌 Story one: "there is no budget", but there is money for a new office
The company invests in furniture, renovation, a coffee machine, but asks to "launch marketing organically"... Because the budget is "not provided for". And here the question is not about money - but about priorities. 🤷‍♀️

📌 Story two: "there is no budget", because no one explained why it is needed
Marketing is perceived as an expense, not an investment. If there is no clear plan, strategy, and forecasts, how can you expect money for it? This, of course, does not work. ❌

📌 Story three: "there is no budget", because the owner is afraid of losing control
"Marketing? This is my child, which I raised myself!" 😱 And here comes the subconscious fear of delegating the brand, because it will no longer be "mine". However, marketing creates a new dynamic, and not everyone is ready to accept it.
