*Join the Njala University Peace Club in the Campus Cleaning Exercise on Saturday 20th January 2024, at 8:00Am, a day after the Matriculation Ceremony.*
Dear peaceful Students of Njala University,
As members of the Njala University Peace Club, we have always strived to promote a clean and peaceful environment on our campus. In line with this mission, we are excited to announce that we will be organizing a Campus Cleaning Exercise on Saturday, 20th January, 2024. At exactly 7:00Am!
The timing of this cleaning exercise is intentional, as it will take place immediately after the Matriculation Ceremony for our first year students. This event signifies the beginning of their university journey, and what better way to welcome them than by showing them the importance of maintaining cleanliness and creating a conducive learning environment!
We would like to extend an invitation to all students to join us on this day. Your active participation will make a significant difference in transforming our campus into a cleaner, greener, and more harmonious space. Working together, we can achieve remarkable results and set a positive example for others to follow.
Here are the details for the Campus Cleaning Exercise:
Date: Saturday, 20th January, 2024 (a Day after the Matriculation Ceremony)
Time: 8:00Am
Meeting Point: Torwama Campus, Great Hall.
Attire: Please wear comfortable clothing and footwear suitable for cleaning activities.
During this cleaning exercise, we will focus on various areas of the campus, including corridors, common areas, and outdoor spaces like the Campus Field. Cleaning materials and equipment will be provided, but if you have any cleaning supplies that you are willing to bring along, feel free to do so.
Apart from the satisfaction of contributing to a cleaner campus, this exercise also provides an opportunity to bond with fellow students, make new friends, and build a sense of community. By coming together and taking responsibility for our campus environment, we can create an atmosphere that encourages learning, growth, campus cohesion, peace and tranquility on Campus.
Please mark your calendars and make it a priority to join us for the Campus Cleaning Exercise. Together, let's demonstrate our commitment to maintaining a clean and harmonious campus environment.
