On Monday, January 30, the securitized biometric National, Non-National, and ECOWAS Identity Cards will start to be issued.
For the creation of your ID Card, you can go to any NCRA office located around the nation. The production of ID cards will be decentralized for the first time ever.
Each category's registration fee is Le5, and the cost of an ID card varies depending on the category.
Le 140 National ID Card (Mandatory)
Le2000 Non-National ID Card (Mandatory)
Sierra Leonean ECOWAS ID Card... Le240 (on demand)
Non-citizen ECOWAS ID Card. Le 400.

Latest! King Boss La collapsed moments ago in court. Justice Fischer has ordered the Prison Officers to provide him immediate medical attention, but refused him bail again. The rapper who has been in detention since June 12 this year, has been struggling with his health lately, to the point that the Medical Officer of the Correctional Centre had to release a medical report to the court for their attention. LAJ's lawyers applied for bail on the grounds of his deteriorating health condition, unfortunately, that has not been granted by Justice Adrian Fischer. The rapper who has a swollen tumor on lower stomach could barely stand upright in court this afternoon. His family, fans and friends were in tears when he finally collapsed and rushed out by the officers as ordered by the court. Matter adjourned to October 21st.

It could be anyone of us. We can call him names and say whatever we wish or feel like saying about him but seeing Musa Noah Kamara(Tombo) in such distress condition is unbearable. He has been mentally derailed. Let not wait to film him picking papers or running nacked on the streets of Sierra Leone before we can come to his aid. Any help after that might be too late. Officials in Nigeria have discovered an illegal connection of a crude oil pipeline from one of its major oil export terminals into the sea that had been operating undetected for nine years. The 4-kilometre pipeline, which typically exports around 250,000 barrels of oil per day, was found during a clamp-down on oil theft in the past six weeks. Africa's biggest oil producer has long grappled with thieves who often tap land-based pipelines to siphon oil. However, an illegal ocean pipeline is highly unusual and suggests a more sophisticated theft operation.
How is that even possible?

According to Reuters, several armed soldiers were seen close to the presidential palace, some office buildings, and the national television station, which has stopped broadcasting. The military, led by Colonel Paul-Henri Sandaogo Damiba, seized power in a coup in January, ousting President Roch Kabore .

Giving a summary of the overall best candidate of the exams, Minister of Basic Senior Secondary Education, Moinina David Sengeh said this year’s results is topped by two female pupils, Naszmaz Kaikay from Kenema with 6As, 1B and 1C and the tied for second, the other is Kadija Hassaz Kallon from Kenema with 5As and 4Bs.

The name Freetown is similar to that of Libraville or the capital city of Gabon Brazaville.

The head coach of Bombali Sebora Football Club David Paul Jr. has passed away few hours ago after his side suffered a narrow 2-1 defeat to Edmond Michael Foundation in their opening fixture of the SLFA national playoff at the kenema field.

It was reported this evening that Coach David Paul died from Hypertension at the Kenema Government Hospital.

May his departed soul Rest In Peace 🙏
