THANK YOU MESSAGE FROM THE RED FLAG MOVEMENT BOSS.

Thanks to God almighty for seeing me throughout my trial. Thanks and appreciation to my family( Bah Family ), my friends, fans, DJs, Bloggers, colleagues Musicians, and Radio / Tv station to name but a few. Even though the result of my trial from the Magistrate Court to the High Court was very disappointing for us but in the end, God knows the best. I give God the glory for the gift of life, good health, and blessings.

I truly appreciate the support from home and abroad specifically from those who fought for me, those who demonstrated for me, the media, and all those who advocated for me on Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, WhatsApp, and some of my colleague's musicians who supported me openly. Words alone can not express how grateful I am to you all. Special thanks and appreciation to my legal team Pa Momoh Fofanah(Esq) and Madieu Sesay ( Esq ) I truly appreciate you both.

Thanks to all those who did not show any concern toward my case as this is not the end of my life and this issue has made me stronger. I have given you all reasons to be happy which is my music. I left you all with reasons to decide on things which is my music, I left with strong messages which are my music and I want you all to continue to pray and celebrate my music and continue to be my number one fans and keep supporting the Movement. It is not political as we started as a Movement and later changed it to Red Flag Muzik instead of the Red Flag Movement. We are not politicians but a Musical Record Label.

As I stood before the court and made a promise to the Judge that I will continue to be positive, I am urging all my fans and followers to also stay positive and I will continue to be the role model I am over the past years. I also made it known to the Nation during my address to the court that, I will stay positive and continue to preach peace. I call on my fans to keep staying calm and continue to increase the peace. Flying the green white and blue is a must for all Sierra Leoneans. I will stay focused and continue to entertain the public through my music.

I am also encouraging all upcoming artists to stay concentrated and believe in their music. Everyone should be positive and stay away from trouble, say no to violence, say no to tribalism, and regionalism, we should embrace ourselves as Sierra Leoneans and continue to enjoy the peace and stability we have as a Nation.

Let it be known to the general public that I never plead guilty during my pled mitigation in court last Friday . LA is not thief as LA is a giver and he has never robbed anyone in his entire life.“ They have said their own , one day I will be free and I will say my own . Those who said I robbed will one day ask for my forgiveness, the witnesses that testified against me will confess and ask for forgiveness, the cameras that never showed what happened will one day show it , those that saw and knows what happened will one day say it before our maker God . Today , a helper has now turned to a prisoner and tomorrow the Prisoner will be the Leader of Sierra Leone “ LAJ reaffirmed.

Your Excellency President Bio when will you finally realise that the current IG is doing a profound disservice not only to the people of SierraLeone but to your very Presidency and legacy. From the LAJ saga, the killings at Pademba Road Prison, police brutality at IPAM campus ,Makeni,Tonko Limba,Tombo, Lunsar, Lungi, the embarrassing Blacker incident, arrests and intimidation of dissenting voices and the 17-months-old baby, Hannah Kanu, who died in her mother’s arms while locked up in a police cell in Makeni are just few of the controversies surrounding the current IG that went viral and outraged the Public. Now we have just learnt that Femi Claudius Cole’s house is surrounded with Police to arrest her for incitement. Your Excellency you can no longer afford to continue to ignore the signs that threaten the foundation of our peaceful coexistence which you yourself has always spoken of internationally. We trust that your excellency will make conscious efforts to show the people of SierraLeone and the world that your Presidency is better than what the IG is projecting it to be.

Thank GOD for my LIFE.
It's a long WALK to freedom, but freedom is coming. I pray for unity, freedom and justice in our beloved Sierra Leone.

I am an innocent person. I did not commit any crime. Trust me and believe in me.

I am sending thanks and appreciation to my family, my good friends, entertainers, human rights organisations, media and everyone for the support. I am grateful. 🙏

I call on all my people to calm down and continue to keep the peace. The case is now in court and so I encourage everyone to respect the court and the rule of law.

For the records, I wish to state the following:

1) Foremost, I am a peaceful Sierra Leonean. I love my beautiful country. I love and respect everyone and every tribe. We are one people. I have friends and family from all tribes. I am part of the UNITED SIERRA LEONE movement , and so I like to embrace all tribes. I cannot go against any tribe. NEVER!

2) I appreciate the support from everyone. However, I am disappointed and upset that certain people maybe using my situation to score political points. This is wrong.

3) I condemn the action of those who maybe using my name for personal agenda or politics or maybe sending negative messages to certain people in society. This is not right.

4) I am not a politician and never being part of any polical party. I have never registered for any political party and I don't have any identity card. Never requested an application form from any polical party or political association.

5) I am an artiste. All I do is what I love (music). I have been an entertainer in this country since 2009 when I released the "Money Na Bank" song. I love my music. I love my fans.

6) My freedom, wellbeing and safety are most important. TOP PRIORITY. If you love me (LAJ) and care about my life, then please don't fight or insult anyone in my name. I am the one in prison and don't want to stay in prison. I want freedom. I also want freedom for my family and friends in prison. I am saddened by their situation.

7) I have instructed my lawyers Madieu Sesay Esq, Ishmael Philip Mammie Esq and the international human rights Lawyer Melron Nicol-Wilson Esq to provide legal representation and to help resolve this matter peacefully. The Sierra Leone Legal Resources Centre (LRC) is also supporting me. I appreciate all the lawyers who are supporting me.

If you want to support or get any information about me, please do contact my lawyers directly who are authorised to speak on my behalf.

I pray that this matter is resolved soon. I have nothing against anyone. We are humans. We are not perfect. I have forgiven all those who may have offended me in the past and now. I also ask for your forgiveness. Let's come together and work together. I have a positive mind. I trust in God. My life is most important and is top priority. So don't worry.

US singer R. Kelly has been sentenced to 30 years in prison for using his celebrity status to s*xually abuse children and women.
The R&B artist, 55, was convicted last September in New York of racketeering and s*x trafficking crimes.

He had faced years of allegations and the judge on Wednesday said he had an "indifference to human suffering"

Lawyers for the singer, whose real name is Robert Sylvester Kelly, say he will appeal.

Ahead of his sentencing, a handful of women took the stand to confront Kelly.

A woman identified only as Angela called the singer a Pied Piper who "grew in wickedness" with every new victim, while others who were not named testified he had broken their spirits.

"I literally wished I would die because of how you made me feel," said one.

Dressed in prison khakis and dark glasses, Kelly declined to make a statement of his own and did not react as the verdict was handed down.

A MESSAGE FROM King Boss LAJ THROUGH HIS LEGAL TEAM:
My fellow Sierra Leoneans,
Following my arrest and detention on 12th June 2022, I have been very pleased with the wide condemnation by numerous sections against the police for abuses directed against my human rights.

I wish to thank all Sierra Leoneans, civil society and human rights activists who have spoken out openly against the unjust and unfair way my Human Rights have been violated. I want to assure the public that all the allegations against me including charges of robbery with violence are false. My lawyers are actively working on this, and I pray that I get a fair trial and a chance to prove my innocence. I am desperate to see this matter conclude because I know I am innocent. My next court date is 28th June 2022.

I want to assure all Sierra Leoneans that I am a peace-loving Sierra Leonean and despite all the pains I am enduring, I request all my fans to remain calm and respect the peace.
I also thank my family and my legal team for standing strongly by me both in and out of court and for ensuring that I defend myself against these wild allegations. The truth will surely last.
