The Sierra Leone Innovates: Digital Government Summit 2025 was held on June 4th, 5th and 6th at the Bintumani Conference Center. It brought together innovators, entrepreneurs, and government leaders to explore how technology can improve governance, boost the economy, and empower young people.

Key moments included the launch of Sierra Leone’s first open-access 5G network and the Innovation Awards, which recognized outstanding contributions in agriculture, tech, and public service.

The summit also featured the Big 5 Innovation Challenge, supporting inclusive solutions that address national priorities like food security, infrastructure, and youth employment.
