BOLDLY READY AND HIGHLY DETERMINED TO UNITE AND SHAPE THE FUTURE OF THE SIERRA LEONE BAR
Today, I engaged with colleagues at the Bar from different chambers. The conversation was centered around rebuilding, uniting and shaping of the bar.
I listened to my learned seniors who spoke about the need to have a united bar with one voice and one committment to the rule.
As always, I received their opinions, suggestions and advice with humility, gratitude, and an even stronger sense of responsibility to the profession we all love and serve.
This journey has never been about one person. It has always been about the future of our profession and the shared belief that the Bar can be more inclusive, more responsive, more courageous, and more united.
From the senior lawyers to young practitioners across the country, we all share a common purpose and common values; the believe that every lawyer matters, that leadership must listen, and that the strength of our Association lies in the collective voice and participation of its members.
Your support, encouragement, and belief in this vision continue to inspire me every day.
As we move forward, I remain committed to a Bar built on service, integrity, opportunity, and genuine engagement with lawyers at every level of practice.
The future of the Bar is not something we wait for, it is something we build together.
Now more than ever, it is time to rise together, lead together, and boldly shape the profession we all deserve.
