3. Mindful Pause – close your eyes, take 5–10 deep breaths, and notice the sensations in your body.
4. Secret Treat – sip your favorite tea (lemon tea would be perfect here!), nibble something small, or listen to a song that lifts your mood.
5. Reflection – write a secret gratitude list: 3 small things that made you smile recently that no one else knows about.
