WASH Media as the name implies is a group of journalists advocating for safe drinking water, better hygiene facilities and improve sanitation in the country. It consists of mainly media practitioners from both prints and electronics journalist in Sierra Leone. WASH-Media Network was formed out of the desire for a clean environment due to poor sanitation, inadequate pipe borne water and frequent outbreak of cholera almost every year in the country.
