Discussions covered a wide range of topics, including the FIFA Financial Governance Guide, the structure and objectives of the FIFA Forward program, the role of the Dakar Regional Office, procurement processes, conflict-of-interest management, and guidelines on subsidies to subsidiary beneficiaries.
The induction meeting is scheduled to conclude on Wednesday, September 24, 2025, with a field visit to the ongoing modernization works at the SLFA Technical Center, a project that stands as a flagship of football infrastructure development in Sierra Leone.
