In the heart of Freetown city filled with opportunity and distraction, “Marisha” stands out not for what she has, but for what she dreams of. A determined teenage girl with a vision far bigger than her environment, she’s committed to building a life defined by purpose, education, and independence.

But behind her calm strength lies a storm at home. Her father, “Mr. Kabia”, doubts her identity, refusing to accept her as his true daughter. Blinded by suspicion and resentment, he decides to cut her future short forcing her into an early marriage as a way to wash his hands of her.

Torn between her dreams and her reality, Marisha must fight to reclaim her destiny.

The Sierra Leone Film Council President-Elect, Pastor Aiah Momoh, Visits Wusum Film Makers Network in Bombali District.

On October 5, 2025, the President-Elect of the Sierra Leone Film Council, Pastor Aiah Momoh, paid a courtesy visit to the Wusum Film Makers Network in Bombali.

During the visit, Pastor Momoh expressed his heartfelt gratitude to the people of Bombali and the entire North-East Region for their continuous support.
He also discussed the Project 007 Initiative with Apex Multimedia, a renowned film company based in Makeni, and extended an invitation for collaboration on the project.

With production already underway, we encourage everyone to support His Excellency, President Pastor Aiah Momoh, as he leads this bold step toward advancing the Sierra Leone film industry.
