i'm taking my time to give diflerent series of water,beause i know the importance of it, some of the things you're suffering from is just a regular intake of water that can put an end to it, not drinking water have handed a lot of plople in hospital, which why i'm laying more emphasis on drinking water consistently, today i will tell you 10 signs to show that you need water, if you a experience of these signs what your body simply telling you is that you need water and if you deprive your body water at this point it may lead to other heath complieation.
No 1 severe headache, not all headache are associaled to sickness and stress, when you start having headaches the brain is simply telling you i need water,instead of going for painkilers a simply bottle of water will solve the problem.
No 2 muscle cramps and joint pain, dehydration can make the joint to get inflamed, beause the muscle uses water for it to function effectively.
No 3 lack of energy, if you always feel tired at every little opportunity in a case where you have not done anything strenuous you're already getting tired, your body is simply that it need water.
No 4 confusion, when you find it difficuit to concentrate remember and forus the body is simply telling you that it need water, this is to show you how water place a major rule on the brain.
No 5 Dry mouth,eyes and skin water nourishes our skin our eyes and our lips, water protects eyes from infection, it prevents dry and tacky it enhances the production of saiiva in our mouth, so when you start a experncing dry mouth dry skin and dry eyes it calleds for water intake, drink water.
No 6, color of urine is dark, this particular sign is the easiest way to prove that your body needs water, when you pass out your urine and your urine is not giving the light clearer color is showing it you needs water, this particular sign is sensitive because it is linked to your kidney, when this sign is ignored the kidney get affeetd.
No 7, not sweation enough, some of you no matter how you from morning to night you won't even have lettle sweat on your skin and you think is normal no it's not if you ignore this sign it can lead heart disease.
No 8, constipation, if you're always having issues with your bowel movement or your digestive system is beginning to give you issues, it simply telling you that it needs water, some plople as a result may start having stomach aches if your body is not properly hydrated it can give rise to dehydration and acid reflux and this will give rise to constipation.
No 9, fast heartbeat, when you are dehydrated it give acceleraied heartbeat because the plasma volurne have been reduced and it hasled to dehydration.
No 10, Dry lips, dehydration can lead to dry lips, so drinking a enough water will prevent cracky lips.
how then do you prevent dehydration?
drink water when you get up from the bed, drink water before and after meal.
it is also advisable for you to drink water when ever you are sick.
