History of the International Summit of the World Governments and its importance to Somaliland
The 2025 World Government Summit, held in the United Arab Emirates, brought together the largest number of world leaders, businessmen and various international experts.
According to the United Arab Emirates News Agency WAM, the Summit, which opened today in Dubai, registered the largest number of world leaders, experts with various specialties from around the world and international organizations.
More than 30 leaders from countries including the President of the Republic of Somaliland, Mr. Abdirahman Mohamed Abdilaahi (Cirro), participated in this international summit, attended by more than 140 countries from all over the world.
In addition, 400 ministers and 6000 dignitaries are present at the summit. These leaders will participate in about 200 sessions of analysis that will analyze various topics.
Therefore, this conference has great importance for the Republic of Somaliland and is an opportunity for the delegation of President Abdirahman Mohamed Abdilaahi (Cirro) to explain the nationhood and the cause of the Republic of Somaliland.
The President explained in detail the cause of Somaliland and the investment opportunities that exist in it at the international conference. We gave President Abdirahman Cirro details of the historical background of Somaliland and the importance of its strategic location in the world that compels the world to deal with it.
The presidential delegation also has the secondary benefit of holding meetings and speeches with world leaders and international companies that attended this conference and will discuss how to establish cooperation and relations with the Republic of Somaliland.
The theme of this conference is "shaping the future of states."
