RESOLUTION OF KUAC AREAS STUDENTS ASSOCIATION STARFORD INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY.
The General Assembly Kuac Areas Students Association Starford International University.
REF: Endorsement of the Steering Committee as an Independent Electoral Committee.
The General Assembly of the Kuac Areas Students Association at Starford International University
hereby adopts this resolution in accordance with the provisions of its Constitution.
WHEREAS, the Association is committed to promoting democratic governance, transparency, and
accountability in all its processes;
WHEREAS, there is a need to establish a credible, neutral, and independent body to oversee electoral
processes within the Association;
WHEREAS, the Steering Committee has demonstrated the capacity, integrity, and organizational ability
required to conduct free, fair, and transparent elections;
The General Assembly, by a two-thirds (2/3) majority as stipulated under Provisional Resolution 2/3 of
the Constitution, hereby:
1. ENDORSES the Steering Committee to serve as the Independent Electoral Committee of the Kuac
Areas Students Association.
2. MANDATES the Committee to organize, supervise, and conduct all electoral processes of the
Association in accordance with the Constitution.
3. DIRECTS that the Committee shall operate impartially, independently, and in the best interest of all
members of the Association.
4. URGES all members to cooperate fully with the Committee to ensure a peaceful, free, and credible
electoral process.
THIS RESOLUTION takes effect immediately upon its adoption by the General Assembly.
