: The Sudan/South Sudan Catholic Bishops' Conference (SSSCBC) and Catholic Relief Services(CRS),Thursday holds Faith-Based Platforms Assessment Workshop in Juba.

The workshop brought together key faith-based stakeholders including the Council of Churches and the Islamic Council to introduce the project, share its objectives and expected outcomes, and jointly discuss approaches that will promote peaceful coexistence through different peace committees in South Sudan.

The partnership is to implement a project title Multifaith Coalition for Peace aimed at strengthening faith based collective action for peace in South Sudan

UPDATE: From Training To The Frontline: 50 New Rangers Ready To Protect Badingilo's Wildlife

A new generation of 50 professionally trained Wildlife Rangers has graduated at Badingilo National Park, marking a major milestone in South Sudan’s conservation efforts.

The rangers completed intensive training to strengthen law enforcement and protect the Great Nile Migration Landscape, home to the largest land mammal migration on Earth. The graduation, organized by African Parks and the Ministry of Wildlife Conservation and Tourism, highlights growing efforts to safeguard South Sudan’s wildlife and natural heritage.

The new rangers are now set to join the frontline in protecting the country’s precious ecosystems for future generations.
