Dear Honorable Adut Salva Kiir,

Re: Passport Shortage and its Impact on Students with Scholarships

I am writing to bring to your attention a pressing issue affecting many students in South Sudan. The current shortage of passports in the Republic of South Sudan is causing significant challenges for students who have been awarded scholarships to study abroad. Many students are facing difficulties traveling to their destinations due to the unavailability of passports, which is jeopardizing their academic opportunities. This issue requires urgent attention to ensure these students can pursue their studies and contribute to the development of our nation. I am among those who have been awarded scholarships to study abroad and am personally affected by this issue.

I respectfully request your intervention in addressing this matter and exploring possible solutions to alleviate the passport shortage.

Despite the contribution of other Ciec manyiel sons and daughters into the previous success of Yirol East football team, the entire Ciec Manyiel youths must not forget the excellent efforts that Coach Black Dee who hails from Aweil has contributed.
It is an forgettable memory that will live and being count by the Ciec Manyiel sons. Today, it is the right moment that we the community of Ciec Manyiel stand forward in solidarity with our technical coach.
Black Dee lost his beloved mother: Angelina Adeng Akok on 13th,11,2025. His mother succumbed to death with an illness of hypertension thus, made him to flee from juba to Aweil for burial. However, the burial is successfully done but the prayers are yet to be held but due to the financial constraints, he has reached out to the entire Ciec community to stand with him in this difficult moments by "FUNDRAISING" inorder for him to successfully conduct the prayers of his beloved mother as we both mourns and sending prayers to his entire "Family."
