Education is not schooling.
Education is the development of the mind to full capacity.
When you have developed your mind to full capacity, such that you can use your mind to get the achievements you want in life, then you are educated.
If you however, have a first degree, but do not have mental development, you are not educated, you are just literate.
At least, being literate helps you get good at speaking British English better than others.
But it won't help you achieve anything else in life apart from getting a job in the area of your course of study.
One of the characteristics of educated people is that they know that mental development never stops, hence they never stop learning things all through their lives.
But uneducated, schooled people, stop learning immediately after getting their first degree.
And when they don't get a job, they end up as 'unemployed graduates'.
Even in that unemployed state, there is nothing they can do or learn, because learning ended for them with a university degree.
If you ask me whether you should be educated or schooled, I'd say, "why not be both?"
Why not have a first degree, with a fully functional, developed mind?
