A fire outbreak is reported at Madiria, a suburb in Aweil Town just this afternoon. It is said that the fire has gutted some houses in the area.

The cause of the fire outbreak is not yet established as it continues to spread to other nearby houses. No casualties have been reported.

Last week , the same sudden outbreak of Fire also Happened in Warrap state burning down houses and shops which led to residents claiming that it was the stolen Sudanese Arabs Good which was burning down the houses

Warrap State Government Executed Underage Individuals Age less than 18 years by Firing Squad for Cattle🐄Theft.

The government of Warrap State, in conjunction with local authorities in Gogrial East County Have on Friday Executed And killed a group of teenagers for cattle theft in the state as an Act of Enforcing Law and Order

Last Friday, five young boys were killed by a firing squad in Luonyaker and Yiikadoor as part of the implementation of the Green Book law in the state which was proposed Earlier in 2022 but was abandoned due to communual Misunderstandings in Warrap state

The Republic of South Sudan: We, I assume, need peace “by hook and crook.” Let’s unite willingly for the noble purpose, and together yield in peace, and the rule of law. I take the call in earnest. Herein below is a text, imploring our leaders to melt up in peace after “Tumaini” and beyond.

Call for Drastic Measures for Peace and Unity in South Sudan

As the negotiations progress in Tumaini, optimism grows around the potential for a subsidiary agreement that could pave the way for peace in South Sudan. It is both logical and commendable for the Revitalized Transitional Government of National Unity (R-TGoNU) to engage with holdout groups in this crucial peace process. However, we must acknowledge that restoring peace after years of conflict is a daunting challenge that demands substantial resources and sincere commitment.

The leaders of our nation, especially the President of South Sudan and other key political figures, are well-acquainted with the complexities of war and the delicate path towards peace. It is high time for our leaders to set aside political tensions and mutual distrust, embracing a spirit of goodwill and determination to implement peace initiatives.

The South Sudanese people are yearning for stability. We have faced enough suffering; it is imperative to safeguard our future by prioritizing national unity and fostering reconciliation. This call to action is not merely a request but a necessity for our collective healing.

We urge the R-TGoNU to focus on collaborative efforts that facilitate peace and enhance the transformation of state institutions. It is vital to uphold and respect civil liberties, establish lasting security, and reinforce democracy alongside the rule of law.

Let us work together to build a brighter future for South Sudan. We call upon all leaders to recommit to the peace process and take decisive steps towards a reconciled and united nation. The time for action is now; the people of South Sudan deserve nothing less than unwavering dedication to peace and unity.

In a heartwarming event at one of the most expensive hotels in Juba, Pyramid Continental Hotel, Bol Wek Agoth Jr. proposed to renowned Afrobeats singer Achuei Deng Ajiing, marking a new chapter in their four-year relationship.

The intimate proposal, witnessed by close family, friends, and well-wishers, was filled with emotion as Bol Jr. led Achuei to a romantic dinner setting.

Expressing his deep love and admiration, he got down on one knee and asked for her hand in marriage; he said “Will you marry me?” Overcome with joy, Achuei tearfully said "Yes," sealing the moment with an emotional embrace. Bol put the $10,000 diamond ring on the finger of his fiancée, Achuei.

The engagement was met with excitement and celebration, with many commending the couple for taking this significant step.

The union brings together the families of Ajiing Majak Ajiing Thongbeek from Adiang Mayom Section, Twic Mayardit Community of Warrap State, and Wekdit Agoth Agany from Aguok Kuendit, Gogrial West, also in Warrap State.

The official marriage negotiation is set for Saturday, February 1, 2025, at Palm Africa Hotel in Juba, where both families will discuss the bride price and celebrate the upcoming nuptials.

Further arrangements for traditional and white wedding ceremonies will be finalized in the coming days.
