If I were the president, I would give each governor or administrator full powers to make decisions concerning their state/administrative area and stop any national government figure from interfering with their business except me as the president.
I would surround myself with think tanks, invest in them to kill the idea of committees that comprise of the friends and enemies of the people to be investigated, the committees actually disappear in space.
Experts, consultants, professionals, mediators or researchers will give me the right information, so many approaches to solving the problem depending on the context, as a president, I would have the right to make a choice and make a decision while giving orders for implementation and same team will monitor the implementation and evaluate the outcomes. (So many educators in South Sudan not being put to use)
My office is my responsibility and I am accountable to the public though not every strategy and move should be in the social media because you never know which country will one day use that as a weakness to fight my country. Like the geopolitics putting my country’s water at risk.
Peace and Security is something I shouldn’t even discuss in my speeches unless I am talking of progress. I have a security team that I should empower, people who are really specialized in this and know what they are doing more than I do, give them full powers.
As the Transitional period is almost ending, I should make a strong cabinet that changes the face of what people thought about my leadership. Whether I win or loose elections, I would have made a legacy of transformation!
