I'm therefore urging you that, you the peace partners whom I have mentioned you're the one who have Killing Dr. John Garang De Mabior and putting Dr. Riek Machar Teny Dhurgon in the hand of Salva Kiir, Bol Mel and Taban Deng Gach, today if Dr. Machar has killed I couldn't blame Kiir and his regime I can blame you because you have knew from 2005, 2015, up 2018, agreement which collapsed today in your hands and in the hand of Salva Kiir, what the else are you waiting, if you're actually peace grantors in this Country which had marginalized by Salva Kiir, Maseveni, Bol Mel and Taban Deng Gach, they have killed us with Cluster Bomb as you saw them, when they are caring local disarment in to Nuer land only while in Greater Bar Ela gazal they are killing the army of SSPDF and killing themselves while no body disarmed them, is it because they are his own tribe???
In South Sudan here when you touch Dinka, make sure that, you have touched the government of South Sudan, and when you touch another tribe in South Sudan then they will face a lots of Challenges and many accusation from one government lead by tribal and illiterate leader. We South Sudanese we, have tried with Salva Kiir and Taban Deng Gach, including in law currently, who was a trade union leader in 2008, who was brought by Gen. I would like to Advise my lovely community in Ulang Community that, if you have suggest for the right person whose can disolve our four years terms which had gone or lose without good leader as a Jikany in general and particular of two Counties, we needs to prayer and ask for good God that, in all parties we have no good leader whose can represent us.

David Gatwech Lok Liep, no one person from the IO who went to the office of David Gatwech Lok Liep, and Mets Dr. Riek Machar Teny Dhurgon, until now, whether you're Civilian or soldier, my question is that, if we have brought David Gatwech Lok Liep as a Governor of Upper Nile State which is not Adok State who will visit his office and who will talk to him?? and less you're grantee by unknown person. If I also remind you about Jock Dey Deng, in this moment Cde. Jock Dey Deng, he is getting food from Dr. Riek Machar his home, even all Jikany in general and in particular of Gaajiok they don't know where he is staying, if we are looking like these people, what do they can do to us???

David Yau Yau from IG to IO it will make big gap to IG, therefore, with some days which are coming I hope greater Pibor Administrative area would not be the same the ways they are, trust me. That is why the peace agreement was signed in 2018, up to date nothing has been implemented due to their previous agreements, our first priority is that, as Nuer tribe (Nation) you can looks for the where you can get Unity and decision making process like what we did in Pangak, these will reduce your defection from your position to another their leadership or respects somebody his power, I'm also awared you that, the problem which battered all Nuer tribe (Nation) in the government is not your fault and your son Dr. Riek Machar Teny, because all the lists of the Military Ranking system Dr. Riek Machar Teny, his name is not there, it's just because he is a one who identify officially what is going on from our brothers Dinka, because they are asked themselves that, our leadership will be distracted by Nuer tribe (Nation) only ???

My Analysis from all Politicians around the world and Africa in particular, here it's, when the one Politician has nominated by the President or his/her he/she would Express his/her loyalty and happiness to his/her Boss, when he/she shacked from his/her position, he/she will go to his/her community and clans, to create another vacuum saying, in this government, we are betrayed if needs be we can teach the lesson to government, why I have removed from my position. From there unanalyzed people (community) will just take that point not to evaluate it as well as he/she brought to the position without consultations of the community (clans) or groups. Therefore, my point is that, when reshuffle of the government reached you, and you have disagree of it, just take your family and putting them in your vehicle and teaches your lesson to government, that is all, world and Africa in particular young generations had confused of what to do, because politics becomes a very bad disease. I has commended that, Arabs said that, when you don't have an elder, you should supposed to buys of the elder whose can directed you, but, in particular South Sudanese Elders they don't likes, and respected their their young generations to growers them peacefully and to ccompassioned them in needs, just teaching them with hatreds, nephalism, corruption, tribalism and many more, if people are growing themselves of that heart, what will be the ends, and who will end it, I thinks, that manners will increase and develops untill when???
