A shocking incident took place in Wathmuok payam, Aweil South county, last night where a man was arrested for killing his own brother. The police confirmed the arrest this morning, but the identity of the suspect and the victim remains undisclosed.

An eyewitness reported the accident to the Paliet Media News , but the motive behind the killing is still unclear. The community is in shock, and the authorities are investigating the matter to bring justice to the victim's family.

"Bilingual Health Educator Discusses Health in My Language Program with the Minister for Health"

Mama Magadalane Cirillo a bilingual health educator working with the Red Cross and the Multicultural Centre for Women's Health, met with the Hon. Chris Picton, the Minister for Health in and Wellbeing in South Australian
, at a Settlement Action Network meeting. The meeting focused on the Health in My Language program, which delivers free health education sessions in various languages to ensure that communities can access vital health information in their preferred language.

During the discussion, Mama Adiing Yel highlighted the importance of the program in promoting better health outcomes for diverse communities. She emphasized that language barriers can often lead to misunderstandings and inadequate healthcare, making it crucial to provide health education sessions in different languages. As a bilingual health educator, she plays a vital role in bridging the language gap and ensuring that everyone has access to essential health information.

The Minister for Health and Wellbeing expressed his support for the Health in My Language program and acknowledged the significant contribution of bilingual health educators like Mama Adiing Yel. A child discovered by the group of elderly people.

Today in Wathmuok payam.
Aweil South County, NBGS-AWEIL.
A group of elderly people were on their way home after daily work sessions when they accidentally heard a voice of a child crying in between the trees, when rushing to see what exactly had happened, they discovered a new born baby girl crying and there was no one around, hence they realized that the baby was abandoned by unidentified mother, forcing them to rush to Aweil Civil Hospital with the child.
The child was alive and in good condition.
This is not the first time such incidents happened, some week ago, a familiar incident occurred in Majook Yiithou Municipality of Aweil East County, NBGS-AWEIL.
The residents are left in a great shock as to why such incidents kept on repeating themselves.

RENOWNED AWEIL SOUTH COUNTY TEAM HEAD COACH KON FIVE RESIGNS FROM HIS POSITION FOLLOWING A FEW ISSUES INVOLVING THE PRESIDENT OF COUNTY'S FOOTBALL ASSOCIATION MR ANYAR KUOL FAMOUSLY KNOWN AS ANYAR CONTROL

In a statement believed to be from the head coach of Aweil South County Team in Juba, Mr Kon Five is seen noting down some significant reasons that influenced his abrupt decision leaving a team he professionally coached to round 16 of BCL 2024.
