This is more than photography. It’s preservation. It’s respect. It’s a story worth telling.

🇷🇼 From Kenya to Rwanda: A Journey I Didn't Expect

As a Kenyan student, I always dreamed of studying abroad. I thought it would be Nairobi — until I discovered Mount Kenya University had a campus in Kigali.

Curious, I took a leap. Rwanda welcomed me with calm streets, kind people, vibrant colours — and an inspiring story of resilience.

It wasn’t always smooth. The language barrier threw me off more than once (I once paid 10x the fare for a moto 😅), and adjusting to the local food took time. But each challenge taught me patience, humility, and adaptability.

Living here has shaped me beyond academics. Rwanda is now more than a destination — it’s a second home.
