Last year, I produced a short video for IOM’s Better Regional Migration Management (BRMM) programme which aimed to enhance labour migration governance and protect the rights of migrant workers and their families in the East and Horn of Africa. Funded by the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO), the programme focused on regional integration and facilitating mobility for inclusive and sustainable economic growth, as well as youth and women empowerment.
In South Sudan, through the Youth Business Incubator regional flagship initiative under the BRMM, young people become self-reliant by acquiring business support and entrepreneurship training.

In 2022, I has the opportunity to work with Help, an international organization operating in South Sudan to document their projects impact in the country. I covered the project activities in Yirol, Lake States. The experience was amazing!

Through inspiring stories and powerful visuals, I had the privilege of capturing the transformative impact these initiatives have on local lives. From education and healthcare to sustainable agriculture, every frame tells a tale of hope, resilience, and progress.
