Former FSFA graduate Joseph Kenyi stole the headlines, scoring a hat-trick, including a heartbreaking 90+6 minute winner, to hand Al Ghazala a comeback victory.

The left-footer has reached a mutual agreement with Al Hilal SC Wau to terminate his contract after his six-month term expires.

A Future Stars Football Academy graduate, Swaka impressed in Malakia SC’s 2–1 friendly win over FSFA, playing the full 90 minutes. He started as a center-back, before coach Abujere moved him to left-back and then right-back, showcasing his adaptability.

South Sudan Premier League side Malakia SC recorded a 2–1 victory over Future Stars Football Academy (FSFS) U20 in a friendly match played on Wednesday, 15 January 2026, at the Malakia Playground.

The hosts took a first-half lead through a header from Sabri Mutwokil, before Innocent doubled the advantage with a close-range finish, giving Malakia SC a 2–0 cushion at halftime.

FSFS U20 showed resilience after the break and reduced the deficit when substitute Louis Peter (Yanga) curled home an impressive effort.

The academy side went on to dominate large spells of the second half and created several chances but could not find an equalizer.

The match concluded 2–1 in favor of Malakia SC.

The friendly served as part of FSFS U20’s preparations for the upcoming U20 League, while Malakia SC continued their mid-season preparations for the second leg of the South Sudan Premier League 2025/2026.
