Key Offenses to Note:
1. Unauthorized Access (Sec. 3): Hacking or accessing someone's device – five (5) years imprisonment.
2. Recording Private Chats (Sec. 10): Recording a private conversation, even if you are participating, two (2) years imprisonment.
3. Publishing Misleading Info (Sec. 19): Spreading false news – two (2) years imprisonment.
4. Inciting Ethnic Divisions (Sec. 24): Attempting this is considered domestic terrorism – Life Imprisonment.
