BREAKING NEWS | Agar Conference

According to information obtained by Kountry Vision, the National Minister of General Education and Instruction, Dr. Kuyok Abol Kuyok, has today pledged six million South Sudanese Pounds (SSP 6,000,000) in support of women’s groups during the Agar Community Conference.

The pledge, announced at the conference venue, is aimed at motivating women’s participation in community development, unity, and social progress across the Agar communities.

The funds were distributed as follows:

Agar Community Conference Committee – SSP 3,000,000

Diar Rumbek East County – SSP 1,000,000

Diar Pakam, Rumbek North – SSP 1,000,000

Diar Rumbek Central – SSP 1,000,000

Dr. Kuyok emphasized the critical role women play in peacebuilding, education, and community leadership, noting that empowering women is essential for sustainable national development.

The announcement was warmly received by conference delegates and women leaders, who described the pledge as a strong vote of confidence in grassroots women’s initiatives within the Agar community.

PRESIDENT KIIR REAFFIRMS COMMITMENT TO NATIONAL PEACE AND STABILITY

Juba, December 30, 2025 — President Salva Kiir Mayardit has reiterated his administration’s firm commitment to restoring and sustaining peace, security, and stability across South Sudan.

The President made the remarks during a high-level meeting in Juba with the leadership of the SPLM-IO, led by its Interim Chairman, Ambassador Stephen Par Kuol. The engagement focused on strengthening political cooperation and advancing the country’s peace agenda.

Speaking to the media after the meeting, Ambassador Par said discussions centered on key national priorities, including peace and security, governance, and the full implementation of the Revitalised Peace Agreement (R-ARCSS). The talks also touched on the constitutional-making process and preparations for the upcoming elections.

Ambassador Par emphasized that both sides reaffirmed their commitment to dialogue and cooperation as essential tools for maintaining stability during the transitional period.

The government, according to officials, remains resolute in ensuring a peaceful environment as the country moves toward critical milestones in the peace process, including constitutional reforms and democratic elections.

South Sudanese are closely watching these engagements, hoping they translate into lasting peace and improved governance nationwide.

He went for a swim to cool off, but ended up in a REAL FIGHT with these angry crocodiles who were feeling interrupted during sexual in*******se.

🔴 BREAKING: U.S. Restricts Entry of South Sudanese, Others

U.S. President Donald Trump has signed a proclamation imposing full entry restrictions on nationals from South Sudan, Burkina Faso, Mali, Niger, and Syria, the White House announced.

The move expands an existing travel ban, citing national security concerns and follows recent security incidents in the U.S. and abroad. Individuals holding Palestinian Authority–issued travel documents are also affected.

Partial restrictions were additionally imposed on 15 other countries, mainly in Africa.

The White House says the measures are aimed at preventing entry of individuals deemed a potential security risk.
