Often praised for his versatility and outstanding talent, Ajith Ayuen Garang (born November 4, 2003) is a multi-talented South Sudanese vocalist, rapper, and songwriter who has quickly become one of the most promising new artists in the South Sudanese music scene. Known for his ability to seamlessly blend Afrobeat, rap, and pop, AJIZZ’s music resonates with a growing fanbase. He has made a mark with his captivating melodies, relatable lyrics, and energetic performances.
Before gaining recognition as a recording artist, AJIZZ was known within local creative circles as a poet. His experience writing poetry has greatly influenced the way he constructs lyrics, often blending conversational language with reflective themes. Poetry typically prioritizes rhythm, metaphor, and emotional clarity—elements that appear in AJIZZ’s songwriting style. AJIZZ made his debut in the South Sudanese music scene in July 2022 with the release of his breakout single “Juba City Love”, which quickly became a fan favorite and earned him widespread attention. The song’s catchy tune and heartfelt lyrics captured the spirit of Juba and established AJIZZ as a fresh voice in the music world. Building on this success, AJIZZ released his first 6-track EP, LOML (Lucifer of My Life), in May 2023. The EP featured tracks like “Angel” and “Nurdu,” which solidified his presence in both the afrobeat and R&B scenes.
In 2024, AJIZZ’s career took off with the release of “Last Piece,” a viral hit that re-established him as a rap force in the industry. He later followed up with “Dinka Bor Girl”, a collaboration with local vocalist Pradix, which became an anthem for Dinka Bor women and went viral on platforms like TikTok.
AJIZZ’s 2025 was filled with chart-topping success. In January, his single “Amazing Grace” became an instant hit, topping Audiomack’s regional charts and receiving major attention across Africa. He continued to ride this wave of success with hits like “Ngoka” (March 2025), “Soulmate” (May 2025), and “Unshakable Love” (August 2025), which further boosted his profile, making him one of the top artists on Audiomack and beyond.
In early 2026, AJIZZ released two wedding songs, “Bung Ë Nhiëër” and “Piöu E Nyuc,” which were well-received for their romantic themes and beautiful melodies. His 2026 collaboration with Nigerian singer M-kaze on the single “Teleport” made waves as his first cross-border partnership, proving his reach beyond South Sudan.
AJIZZ has received numerous accolades in his career, including being awarded “Best Uprising Artist of the Year” at the Jonglei Stars Awards in 2024.
