1. Zain South Sudan called Makur Telar, the Chair of GBWA, to inform him about their proposal to sponsor inter-state wrestling.

2. Makur sermons the leaders from Terekeka, Bor, Twii, and DUK counties and shared the proposal with them.

3. Makur then directed the leaders of the 3 Jonglei counties to go and form ONE Jonglei team.

4 The leaders from the 3 counties of Jonglei are now in a meeting trying to come up with one team.

I am keenly waiting for the resolutions of that meeting.

Donโ€™t tell me it only needed the intervention from Makur Telar and a few sponsorship dollars from Zain to iron things out. Buor needs to be serious.

Copied.

open letter to Anyidi Youths Association (AYA-juba) for democratic election

I'm so glad to have this opportunity to write to Anyidi youths in juba. As Anyidi youth based in Addis Ababa, I know at this time of election when youths exercise their right for free, fair and democratic election, they might face some difficulties.
We know very well that our brothers (Eng. Dor Deng Ayom and Mr. Pach Magul Kang) are able leaders. They can lead us in the best way but the vacancy can only accommodate one person. I would like to ask the contestants to maintain the spirit of cooperation and compromise, even when someone may get disappointed on hearing election results. I urge loser to embrace peace and work hand in hand with the winner for the betterment of Anyidi youths in juba.

To the supporters of the two contesting parties (AYUDA and ACP), I personally give you the brotherly advice to support any of them in the interlectual manner, free from abusive words, segregation and royalism. Let's cultivate the desire to serve our election-oriented community. Please I encourage voters to elect one of the contestants on the basis of merit, but not on the angle of kinship or how close you may be to one of them.

I would also urge the independent electoral commission (IEC) headed by Dr. Deng Agany Aguto to set up proper modalities on how to achieve fair and democratic election. Sometimes the outcomes of election breed conflict and may hinder the future progress of youth leadership: a reason I should advise the office of IEC to be fair enough.

In conclusion, I wish you a fair, peaceful and democratic election which promotes an admirable image to all around us. Contestants Oyeei! Anyidi Youth Oyeei!

Best regards,

Mawut Awan Jok Agau,

President of the south Sudan students union,
Jimma university, Ethiopia.
