I purchased a brand-new device from this store in February worth $1600 with the expectation that I was paying for quality, reliability, and peace of mind. Unfortunately, only three months later, the device developed serious hardware issues. What is even more disappointing than the defect itself is the way the matter was handled by the store.
Instead of taking responsibility or attempting to resolve the issue professionally, I was told that I had βused it long enoughβ and that they could not take it back. That response is completely unacceptable for a device of this value. A customer does not spend $1600 on a brand-new product expecting it to start failing within a few months. If I wanted something unreliable, I could have simply bought a second-hand device at a much lower price.
What makes this situation worse is the claim that such an expensive product effectively only had a one-week warranty. That is unreasonable, misleading, and shows a lack of commitment to customer satisfaction and product quality. When customers invest significant amounts of money into electronics, they expect after-sales support, accountability, and fair treatment when genuine hardware problems arise.
I am extremely disappointed by this experience and by the storeβs unwillingness to resolve the matter amicably. Based on how this situation was handled, I cannot recommend this business to anyone looking for value for their money or dependable customer service. A business should stand behind the products it sells, especially when dealing with premium-priced electronics.
This experience has permanently damaged my trust in this store, and I believe potential customers deserve to know exactly what kind of support they can expect after making a purchase.
