STA Awards 2025 Celebrate South Sudan’s Creative Stars in Juba

The STA Awards 2025, held on 13th December 2025 in Juba, South Sudan, brought together the country’s top talent in music, film, dance, comedy, fashion, and social media. The event celebrated excellence, honoring both established stars and rising creatives for their outstanding contributions to the industry.

The night’s biggest winner was Young Boy, who took home Best Overall Artist of the Year and Best Overall Male Artist of the Year, confirming his strong influence in South Sudan’s music scene. Other standout winners included Suzy Nadu as Best Overall Female Artist, Rocka Ringo as Best Social Media Influencer and Best Comedian of the Year, and Amach Mathiang (Risky), who received the Academy Choice Award.
