1) Intelligence Quotient (IQ)
2) Emotional Quotient (EQ)
3) Social Quotient (SQ)
4) Adversity Quotient (AQ)

1. Intelligence Quotient (IQ): this is the measure of your level of comprehension. You need IQ to solve maths, memorize things, and recall lessons.

2. Emotional Quotient (EQ): this is the measure of your ability to maintain peace with others, keep to time, be responsible, be honest, respect boundaries, be humble, genuine and considerate.

3. Social Quotient (SQ): this is the measure of your ability to build a network of friends and maintain it over a long period of time.

People that have higher EQ and SQ tend to go further in life than those with a high IQ but low EQ and SQ. Most schools capitalize on improving IQ levels while EQ and SQ are played down.

A man of high IQ can end up being employed by a man of high EQ and SQ even though he has an average IQ.

Your EQ represents your Character, while your SQ represents your Charisma. Give in to habits that will improve these three Qs, especially your EQ and SQ.

Now there is a 4th one, a new paradigm:

4. The Adversity Quotient (AQ): The measure of your ability to go through a rough patch in life, and come out of it without losing your mind.

When faced with troubles, AQ determines who will give up, who will abandon their family, and who will consider su***de.

Parents please expose your children to other areas of life than just Academics. They should adore manual labour (never use work as a form of punishment), Sports and Arts.

Develop their IQ, as well as their EQ, SQ and AQ. They should become multifaceted human beings able to do things independently of their parents.

Finally, do not prepare the road for your children. Prepare your children for the road."

Leave your comfort zone: Wizkid became famous when he got signed to EME music label. He could have stayed in the comfort zone of a label but he decided to leave in 2013. And we all know the financial power a record label has compared to being independent.

Don't be afraid to expand

Wizkid didn't stop growing. His music has taken him across the world. He has won prestigious awards with his music.
Don't try to be like Wizkid, learn from wizkid's personality, his music and create your own path.

NIGERIAN ARTISTES ARE VERY SMART

When P Square got back together , many people were expecting an Album from them . People were ready to buy their new Album but they decided not to drop an Album . In business , what gets you to the top are Strategies and how different you walk . If must of your moves can be detected , you become boring and people will not pay attention to you .

Instead of dropping an Album , P square knew they could still make millions by touring the world and playing their old songs since many People are still in love with it . That will be like Cashing out twice from it . They announced a World Tour and for real it worked . They have made hundreds of millions from the tour .

Soon they will drop an Album this year and make millions again . This is how you think if you truly want to make money from music . Music is not just about fame but cashing out from it too and many Nigerians know this and have been steadily cashing out from it . They are not lucky ,they work hard and they consider music as business so they don’t play with it .

If you are an artiste , while trying to give people good music , always think about how you can make money from it too .

We deeply regret to announce to you all the postponement of the MISS ACHAI WIIR BEAUTY CONTEST 2022 alongside KIZZ DANIEL show due to ‘Venue issues’. The cancellation of the show came to our attention as a surprise from the office of the president, department of special events stating that the ‘First Lady’ ordered for the postponement, due to a wedding of Gen. Gregory's daughter who turns out to be the First Lady’s niece.

This came on such a short notice and we're so devastated by this news after four months of preparations from the contestants, K2 promotions, management of the pageant, and the entire public that bought tickets.

After a constant advertisement for 2 months, we managed to sell around 121 tables (VVIP) and 716 ordinary tickets. The sales we made generated around 39 million SSP and more orders for tickets were still coming. That figure alone was for ticket sales without cost for advertisements, booking of the venue, the international guests, accommodation and hiring of event equipments. All this loss, unaccounted for.

Miss Achai Wiir Beauty Pageant being a non-profit organization, is a community-based pageant, helping young girls for over four years now to achieve their dreams of ‘beauty with brain’ in the modeling industry. Everything that we invest into the pageant is never earned back.

For some reasons, I was called by the office of special events and told the outcome of their decision without asking for our prior notice.
A wedding that was supposed to happen at Juba na Bari center on Sunday, was rescheduled to Saturday at Freedom Hall to sabotage our show and for reason too, we’ve accepted the defeat out of the respect.

Therefore, I’ve decided to bring the pageantry to an end until the authorities and all the parties involved value and respect the efforts one puts to promoting talents and cultures of the country to the international community. Well, it’s very clear now that a wedding in our country is way important than the tourism.

A man sees a snake burning in the flames and decides to free it from the fire. The snake bites him as soon as he catches it.

And it causes the person excruciating pain. The person immediately throws the snake away and the snake falls back into the burning flame. At this point the person looks around and finds a metal stick and uses it to save the snake from the flames. Another person who was watching the incident approached the person and asked him:

"This snake bite you! Why are you trying to save his life?"
The first man replied: "The nature of the snake is to bite, but it will not change my nature, and my nature is to help."

Don't change your behavior because of someone's bad nature. Or getting hurt from others. Do not lose the purity of your mind.

Assume you meet your old schoolmate (a lady called ACHOL) at a club and you are both drunk. Then you vibe and you offer to drop her home since she lives on your way.

You get ACHOL to your car and she seats on the front seat, then you decide to go back to buy a takeaway. While you are gone, she sees her neighbour and tells her to hop in the back since she has managed to find free and convenient transport to take her home.

Her neighbor, NYASUNDAY gets in but dozes off immediately.

Now you get back and start driving . ACHOL is already too sleepy. By the time you get to her place, she is too tired and all she wants to do is get to her bed and sleep. You even help her out to her door and say good bye.

Now you are driving home a happy man but you have no idea NYASUNDAY is sleeping at the back since you never saw her or talked to her. ACHOL also forgot about her since she was wasted.

You get home, park, and since you are also too tired to be keen, you rush to sleep. The following day is Sunday, your wife is using your car to church since she knows you are wasted and you are fine by it.

She opens it at around 7am … and 💥 💥 NYASUNDAY is sleeping at the back. She has removed her bra and shoes…..she had a miniskirt and since they don’t wear any panties these days , her skirt has pulled up and everything private is visible.

Explain with a graph how you will convince your wife that you don’t even know NYASUNDAY (60 marks).
