Warm greetings
I am writing to officially declare my candidacy for the position of secretary for finance. I am deeply honoured by the trust and support this assembly has always shown and I am eager to continue contributing to our collective goals with transparency, accountability and dedication.
It has really been a long period since my lobbying season. Seconds became minutes, Minutes became hours, Days became nights, Weeks became months but all in all you have always been persistent with me. You never left my side. I also appreciate the general assembly for the spirit of togetherness from the very first day I setted my journey off.

I also want to extend my heartfelt gratitude for the trust bestowed upon me to serve freely with no competition (unopposed).It's not because am perfect or better than anyother person but because you have all seen capabilities in me. I will ensure that our financial affairs are managed responsibly and openly,promoting the effective use of our resources for the benefit of all members.
MAIN OBJECTIVES
1.FUND MOBILISATION
As your secretary for finance,my goal is to secure funding that supports our association's activities, projects and initiatives. Of course we all know the association cannot run without funds. Therefore I will explore diverse funding sources.
2.BUDGET MANAGEMENT
As your secretary for finance I have to be economically budgeted.I will make sure all the financial resources align with the expenses made.
3.FINANCIAL PLANNING
In my leadership I have to be very keen on funds mobilised.They have to be spent accordingly as planned and utilised for the purpose.
4.PROPER RECORDS AND REGULATIONS
