SAD NEWS: Kuac Community Mourns the Death of Talented Artist Mathiang Mayar Ayom (Mathiang Aluong)

Kuac Community has lost one of its most beloved artists, Mathiang Mayar Ayom, popularly known by his stage name Mathiang Aluong, the hitmaker behind the viral song “Beny yin Cuk Leec”, famous for its catchy and humorous lyrics “Eeh Eeh Eeh Eeh yi aahhhhh.”

According to family sources, the artist passed away this evening at around 5:00 PM at Juba Teaching Hospital, where he was receiving treatment. Reports indicate that Mathiang had been suffering from a minor illness earlier but suddenly deteriorated while interacting with people.

The untimely death of Mathiang Aluong has left fans, friends, and fellow artists heartbroken. He will be remembered for his humor, creativity, and contribution to South Sudanese music.

May his soul rest in eternal peace.
