How did the Governor of Lakes State, H.E Gen. Madhang Majok Meen, come to accept the advice from the commissioner of Yirol East County-Nyang to meet the people of Adior Payam and Billing Payam?
This is particularly concerning because commissioner Manyang Luk Lueth had previously stated that the Governor of Lakes State would not visit Adior Payam due to insecurity.
If insecurity was the reason given for not visiting Adior, what has changed now?
Our people in Adior Payam deserve to be heard and seen. we sincerely hope that the Governor of Lakes State will consider visiting the area, meeting the chiefs, elders, youth, and women and listening directly to their concerns.
