ABOUT ANGELO ANYUON MALUAL NHIAL
Angelo Anyuon Malual Nhial is an agriculture professional, educator, humanitarian practitioner, and community leader from South Sudan, with more than two decades of experience in education, student leadership, agricultural extension, humanitarian programming, food security, monitoring and evaluation, and project management.
He holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Agriculture from the University of Juba and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Agricultural Marketing at the University of Bahr El Ghazal.
His leadership journey includes serving in various student and youth leadership positions, while his professional career has included roles as a senior teacher, Director of Agricultural Extension in the former Tonj State Government, and humanitarian and development practitioner with organizations including VSF-Germany, ADRA South Sudan, Islamic Relief Worldwide, and the Norwegian Refugee Council.
A Commitment to Public Service
Angelo Anyuon Malual Nhial has declared his candidacy for the National Legislative Assembly seat representing Kuanythii Constituency No. 9, Tonj North County, Warrap State, under the SPLM banner.
His stated commitment is to accountability, unity, peace, security, education, healthcare, roads, youth employment, women’s participation, and sustainable development, while representing every community member fairly and without discrimination.
