Subject: Request for the Appointment of Brigadier General Cirong Agor Cirong Kuol as the Governor of Warrap State.
Your Excellency,
I the undersigned citizens of the Republic of South Sudan, and in particular the citizen of Warrap State, humbly write to respectfully request Your esteemed office to consider Brigadier General Cirong Agor Cirong Kuol and appointed him as the Governor of Warrap State.
Your Excellency's, your commitment to promoting peace, unity, and effective governance across the Republic of South Sudan is highly appreciated by the people of our nation. At this important time, Warrap State requires strong, visionary, and dedicated leadership that can foster peace, strengthen security, promote development, and unite all communities.
Brigadier General, Cirong Agor Cirong Kuol possesses the leadership qualities, experiences, integrity, and commitment needed to serve the people of Warrap State with diligence and impartiality. I believe that his appointment would contribute significantly to stability,reconciliation, peace building, improved service delivery, and sustainable development in the state.
Your Excellency, Brigadier General. Cirong Agor Cirong Kuol can be the solution to this inter-communal conflict a cross the state. Brigadier General Cirong Agor Cirong Kuol will share his best experiences and leadership qualities, discipline, and commitment to peace and development to the people of Warrap State which it's needed at this critical time. He is widely respected for his:
1. Commitment to peace and security:
His military background and experience in command have positioned him to help consolidate peace and maintain stability across the communities of Warrap State.
2. Service to the people and approach:
He has demonstrated dedication to public service and unity among the diverse communities of Warrap State.
3. Capacity for development:
I am confident that under his leadership, Warrap State will see improvement in security, service delivery in health, education, roads, and agriculture in line with your government’s vision for decentralization and development.
Warrap State continues to face challenges of inter-communal conflict, cattle raiding, Cattle theft, and service delivery gaps. I believe the appointment of Brigadier Gen. Cirong Agor Cirong Kuol will bring renewed energy, firm leadership, and a unifying presence that can address these challenges of inter-communal conflict that has separated across the state and support the implementation of the Country's general election which is scheduled to take place in December 22/2026 and support the Revitalized Peace Agreement.
Your Excellency, I therefore kindly request that your favorably consideration to this appeal fo the appointment of Brigadier General Cirong Agor Cirong Kuol as Governor of Warrap State to serve the people with integrity and dedication.
I am sure that, under your wise leadership, the interests of the people of Warrap State and the Republic of South Sudan will continue to be safeguarded.
I pledge the full support to Your Excellency and to any leader you appoint to serve the people of South Sudan especially, Warrap State.
